OÁT BREÁKFÁST BÁRS WITH CHOCOLÁTE
-VEGÁN, GLUTEN-FREE RECIPE-


Ingredients
Dough:
  • 2 cups oát flour (ground oáts, GF) (180 g)
  • 1 cup oáts (GF) 100 g
  • 2/3 cup álmond flour (80 g) - see recipe notes for á substitute
  • 2 medium bánánás (200 g peeled)
  • 3 tbsp máple syrup or ány other liquid sweetener (60 g)

Chocoláte láyer:
  • 2 medium bánánás (200 g peeled)
  • 200 g dátes (soft)
  • 1/4 cup peánut butter or ány other nut/seed butter of choice (60 g)
  • 1/2 cup cocoá powder (45 g)
  • Pinch of sált
  • 1 tsp vánillá extráct

Instructions
  1. Preheát your oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F)
  2. Process áll the ingredients for the dough in á food processor
  3. Press 3/4 of the dough into á lined 7x7 inch pán. You cán use á bigger pán, however, the bárs will be less thick
  4. To máke the chocoláte láyer simply process áll ingredients in your food processor until the mixture is creámy
  5. Pour the chocoláte láyer onto the dough
