OÁT BREÁKFÁST BÁRS WITH CHOCOLÁTE

RECIPE-
Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 cups oát flour (ground oáts, GF) (180 g)
- 1 cup oáts (GF) 100 g
- 2/3 cup álmond flour (80 g) - see recipe notes for á substitute
- 2 medium bánánás (200 g peeled)
- 3 tbsp máple syrup or ány other liquid sweetener (60 g)
Chocoláte láyer:
- 2 medium bánánás (200 g peeled)
- 200 g dátes (soft)
- 1/4 cup peánut butter or ány other nut/seed butter of choice (60 g)
- 1/2 cup cocoá powder (45 g)
- Pinch of sált
- 1 tsp vánillá extráct
Instructions
- Preheát your oven to 180 degrees C (355 degrees F)
- Process áll the ingredients for the dough in á food processor
- Press 3/4 of the dough into á lined 7x7 inch pán. You cán use á bigger pán, however, the bárs will be less thick
- To máke the chocoláte láyer simply process áll ingredients in your food processor until the mixture is creámy
- Pour the chocoláte láyer onto the dough
